SECURITY

You can see above (and in the Photo Gallery),  the Land Rover Discovery TD5 & Brian James RB5 Race Shuttle. Both have no external markings, and are painted in Silver Transport’s corporate colours-Zambezi Silver.  This combination provides secure covered transport, from both prying eyes and the weather, in the Race Shuttle, as well as reducing costs through the use of the economical Land Rover Discovery TD5 .  For added security all of the openings on the trailer are secured with locking mechanisms.  Not only are the vehicles transported safely strapped down to the trailer, but they are also locked up, from the point of collection until the point of delivery.

SAFETY & PROTECTION

The weather can play havoc with classic cars.  Most classic car owners tend to use their classic cars during the summer months, and have any restoration/servicing carried out during the winter period.  If these vehicles are moved with an open trailer during the winter period, they are susceptible to the salt water/grit from the roads. 

Within the confines of the trailer, there is a powerful 3500kg winch.  This is used to load the vehicles in a safe and controlled manner.  It is also a very handy tool if the vehicle has broken down or is a non-runner.

INSURANCE

Full commercial insurance policy, with Aon Insurance.  This insurance is bespoke to Silver Transport-including product and public liability.  If you have any concerns/queries in regards to insurance, please contact us.
